Sorry, didn't catch the name on these guys.   Time lapse painting video below. I thought the pandemic was starting up again so I doubled down on my self portrait efforts. This is my 2022 Self Portrait-a-Day Project. For a month after it ended I couldn't walk past a mirror without hesitating...   I was commissioned by the Attleboro Interfaith Collaborative to paint portraits of the volunteers and beneficiaries of their food bank in downtown Attleboro similar to what I had done on my panhandlers series. Nobody really wanted to sit for paintings so I ended up doing more drawings than oils. Lee was a volunteer. Lloyd and Robert were brothers taking advantage of the free meal offered by the VA center where the event was held. Robert was the sensible one, Lloyd the wildman. Walter was the VA administrator who ran the place. He had his hands full. A volunteer.   Brenda's son. Didn't want to pose and I told him it would take less than five minutes. It took four.     I generally limit myself to one self portrait a year, but in 2020 I decided to do one for each month. I regretted the decision immediately, but given that I couldn't paint people anyway because of the pandemic...
